What is "The Hills at Windsor?"
I will lift up mine eyes unto The Hills, where does my help come from? My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1-2)
The Hills at Windsor is a debt-free 475 acre property set apart for the expansion of the Kingdom of God by providing a natural setting where guests consistently experience the presence of the Holy Spirit. A multi-phase master plan has been developed and is being pursued.
- The current phase will add water, sewage, electrical and roadway to support Recreational Vehicles and other forms of camping.
- The next phase will construct residential facilities accommodating up to 60 couples and up to 250 individuals. Our current rustic residences support up to 10 couples or 30 individuals. The new facilities will be more conducive to marriage retreats with en suite bathrooms.
The Vision
Currently Network summer camps must rent expensive facilities. Due to a $30,000 donation to reduce costs to attend youth camp, our registration ballooned to a maximum capacity of 275 students plus another 75 counselors. Imagine if every camp, for every age and department, was able to have a manageable registration cost. That is what The Hills will do for our children and teens.
The upgrades in facilities, utilities, and grounds make it a beautiful place for restoration, spiritual formation, and leadership training. Thank you for making all this possible.
Where Does the Project Stand?
The Hills at Windsor project continues to move ahead. Financial progress was made with contributions made or pledged at Network Conference ’24. That is enabling us to move ahead with road construction, installation of two wells and the final health department permits that positions the project at the starting gate for major construction.
This multi-million-dollar asset will continue to be a blessing to our Network and will change the landscape of ministry in the future as we continue to expand the facilities.
